Delft International Workshop
on
High Frequency Micromagnetic Devices and Materials

May 3rd, 2002

Delft Institute of Microelectronics and Submicrontechnology (DIMES)
Delft University of Technology, Netherlands

Scope of the Workshop

Welcome to the new technology area of High Frequency Micromagnetic Devices and Materials. This area bridges semiconductor microelectronics technology and applied ferromagnetic thin-film technology where a number of outstanding new research topics and industrial huge applications should be waiting. The feature of this topical workshop is to focuses on the RF technology from magnetic materilas development, microfabrication techniques, analysis and applied devices & systems. The RF magnetic thin film materials and their application to the integrated ferromagnetic inductor are the main topic of the workshop whereas well as the RF whereas the tranmission line technique and LC circuit application are also disussed. Please get together to find out a new direction of the global integration technology

Schedule of Publication

The workshop proceedings will be published in the November (Fall) Issue of the English Transactions of the Magnetics Society of Japan. Each speaker is cordially invited to submit the full version of his/her paper by May 31st. Click here to see details.
